Pr. Peter Mugabi

Pr. Peter Mugabi is a seasoned educationist and ministry leader with a rich background in academic excellence and pastoral experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in music and a master’s degree in Contextualized Pastoral Ministry from Lancaster Bible College. His transition from education into full-time ministry reflects his deep passion for evangelism and discipleship.

Pr. Mugabi began his ministry journey as a pastor at New Life Church, where he now serves as an elder. He is the General Secretary for the Baptist Union of Uganda, overseeing over 2,000 churches nationwide. His strategic vision and administrative expertise have significantly contributed to the growth and impact of the church across Uganda. Residing in Mbalala with his wife, Dr. Rose Mugabi, and their five children, Pr. Mugabi’s dedication to evangelism, career guidance, marital counseling, and music teaching makes him an invaluable member fo the PDN Board, supporting the holistic development of pastors and their ministries.
