He holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communication and an MBA from Makerere University, equipping him with exceptional skills in strategic communication and organizational management. As the Founder and President of Global Hands of Hope, Mr. Nalera has dedicated his life to advocating for the vulnerable, strengthening families, and supporting those in need.

An accomplished entrepreneur, Mr. Nalera integrates business acumen with ministry to drive sustainable solutions for societal challenges. His experience as an advocate for justice and family values enriches his contributions to the PDN Board, providing invaluable insights into empowering pastors to build strong, transformative communities. Residing in Kampala with his wife, Rita, and their four children, Mr. Nalera’s dedication to justice, advocacy, and sustainable development makes him a vital member of the PDN Board, contributing significantly to the organization’s vision of equipping African pastors for effective ministry and community impact.
