Hon. Lady Justice Margaret Mutonyi is a distinguished jurist and High Court Judge in the Criminal Division of Uganda. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Diploma in Legal Practice, qualifications that underpin her illustrious legal career. Renowned as “the judge who preaches justice through gospel songs,” Justice Mutonyi is celebrated for her unique approach to advocating for truth and fairness, and her commitment to advancing the true gospel.

A strong proponent for gender equity and a vocal advocate against gender-based violence, Justice Mutonyi's dedication to uplifting the vulnerable aligns seamlessly with her service to the church. Residing in Mukono, sh is a proud mother an grandmother.
